Industrial Equipment

Mechanical Equipment & Parts

Supplying industrial equipment as a service, also known as Equipment as a Service (EaaS), is a business model where industrial equipment is provided to customers on a subscription or usage-based basis, rather than through outright purchase. This model offers several advantages to both equipment suppliers and their customers. Here is how we offer this as a service:

Subscription Model

  • Customers pay a recurring subscription fee for access to industrial equipment, similar to a lease or rental agreement.
  • The subscription fee typically covers equipment procurement, installation, maintenance, and support services.

Usage-Based Pricing

  • Alternatively, customers may pay based on their actual usage of the equipment, such as per hour of operation or output produced.
  • This pay-per-use model allows for more flexible pricing and cost control, especially for variable production demands.

Equipment Procurement and Installation

  • We also procure, install, and commission the industrial equipment at the customer's facility.

Maintenance and Support

  • Equipment suppliers are responsible for ongoing maintenance, repairs, and technical support throughout the duration of the service agreement.
  • Regular maintenance activities, such as inspections, lubrication, and parts replacement, are performed to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.

Equipment as a Service can be applied across various industries, including manufacturing, logistics, construction, agriculture, and healthcare. Examples of equipment commonly provided as a service include industrial machinery, material handling equipment, production lines, robotics, and medical devices.
